the process from start to finish of a concrete project

Initial communication:

Once we establish communication whether it be on the phone, email or in person we will start the quoting process with you. This can be as simple as answering your first few questions right at that time to scheduling an onsite estimate. We may ask for rough dimensions or a couple yard/land photos prior to an onsite estimate.

Project commencement:

Once we arrive on start to begin the concrete work we will go over any last questions you may have. We will then get to the work itself.  If anytime during the construction process you have any questions or concerns please let us know but we do ask that you trust our process and techniques in how we work. We apply the same practices and procedures to each concrete project and have a very talented, experienced crew to carry out the work.

The quote:

We will set up a time to meet with you at your residence or business to go over the particulars of the concrete work you are interested in getting done and collect the information we will need to formulate your quote. Please allow for on average of 15 minutes for the onsite meeting. Your prepared quote will be sent to you within 24 hours after this meeting.

Project completion:

Once we have completed the concrete work we will go over the work with you once more, outlining any specifics and details we feel you should know and answer your final questions. We will also provide you with our warranty/post project papers that thoroughly explains what to do after we are finished on site.  If you do have any questions once everything is finished and cant find the answers within the provided information you received simply reach out to us and we will gladly address your questions or concerns.

The commitment:

 

Once we have agreed to terms on the project, we will provide you with scheduling options. At that time, we will advise you if your concrete work will require a booking deposit. We generally will give you a 1-2 week window of when we feel we can start the concrete work. Pending weather, the schedule we provide you will be very accurate and we ask that you plan accordingly. We will reach out to you roughly 5-7days again prior to starting the concrete work and once more 1-2 days before.
